1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or our official booking platform. A deposit is required to secure your reservation. Final payment must be made prior to the start of the tour, as per the agreed schedule.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued based on the time of cancellation:

• 30+ days before tour: Full refund (minus transaction fees)
• 15–29 days before tour: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days: No refund
  Please note that certain third-party bookings may have different cancellation policies.

3. Travel Documents & Insurance

It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have valid travel documents, visas, vaccinations, and personal travel insurance. ZINI Safaris and Tours is not liable for any costs resulting from missing or incorrect documents.

4. Changes by ZINI Safaris

While we do our best to maintain your itinerary, ZINI Safaris and Tours reserves the right to modify or cancel any part of the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, safety concerns, government restrictions). In such cases, suitable alternatives or refunds may be offered.

5. Traveler Responsibility

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow the guidance of the tour guide. ZINI Safaris and Tours reserves the right to terminate participation in any tour if behavior is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.

6. Liability

ZINI Safaris and Tours is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused during the tour due to circumstances beyond our control. We work with trusted third-party providers but cannot be held responsible for their actions.

7. Use of Images

During your tour, photos and videos may be taken by our guides for promotional use. If you prefer not to appear in any media, please inform us in writing before the tour begins.
